As a qualified, experienced chef, Jaap has always worked in the restaurant and catering business. Our love affair with the South of France began more than 25 years ago when we spent the summers working in a restaurant in Argéles. After working in hotels and restaurants throughout Holland, England, Ireland, Switzerland and France, we decided to settle at the Côte Vermeille, with the aim of one day opening our own Bed & Breakfast. The past few years have been very happily spent sucsessfully managing a large Bar-Restaurant in Racou, whilst raising our son Bram.
In 2018, our dreams finally became true we and became the proud owners of our very own little piece of paradise just a short walk from the beach. Our beautiful Spanish style villa has been lovingly converted into a Bed and Breakfast. We are delighted to be able to share with you the Villa Côte Vermeille.
