Villa Côte Vermeille is ideally located between Argèles Sur Mer, Racou and Collioure, just 20 minutes from Perpignan and  the Spanish border.  A vast range of attractions, places of interest and amenities including markets, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within easy access by car or bike. We strongly advice you to come by car/motorbike as there are not many safe walking paths towards our house

Secure, gated private parking is available free of charge for guests.  Space is also available for those who wish to bring or hire (push) bikes.

The Villa is set within 5000m2 of secluded gardens with plenty of separate shady areas with tables and chairs for guests to relax with a cold beer or glass of wine and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. 

Our large 10m x 5m salt water swimming pool is perfect for cooling off but also large enough for those wishing to do some "real swimming".  The pool terrace with sunloungers also enjoys stunning mountain views.  For safety and security the pool area is securely fenced and gated. Children from 5 years and older are welcome to stay, our villa and its garden is not suitable for babies and young children 

In the winter of 2020 we created a small outdoor kitchen with a grill and 2 gas burners to prepare your lunch or evening meal.  

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, on the balconies, in the swimming pool area nor near the villa

The garden has plenty to occupy the entire family including :
