There's a minimum stay of 3 nights (for the family room 4 nights) during the school public holidays and in the peak season (july and august)

In june, september and during French holidays the minimum stay is 2 nights 

In July and August we cannot accept arrivals or departures on a monday

in low season we cannot accept arrivals on a sunday  

Our B&B is not suitable for the very elderly or people with mobility problems nor for young children. We welcome children from 5 years and older

Animals are not accepted

Villa côte vermeille is a 100% non-smoking accomodation, smoking or vapoting is not allowed in or near the villa, nor arround the swimming pool and the balcony

Prices include all bedding, linen and towels (for use within the Villa, towels are not provided for use on the beach)

All rooms are en-suite with either a shower or a bath and are equipped with a hairdryer, free WIFI, television,  airconditioning & heating and tea & coffee making facilites.
